Does Broforce Airsoft have a physical store?

No we do not have a physical store.

Does Broforce Airsoft sell Airsoft Replica's

No, unfortunately Broforce Airsoft does not sell airsoft replicas

Can I also have my replica upgraded or maintained at Broforce Airsoft?

At Broforce Airsoft it is not possible to take your replica for maintenance/upgrades. We can, however, provide expert advice for upgrading your AEG replicas.

Orders
How quickly will I receive my order (delivery times)?

In general, our delivery times are presented as a period of possible delivery days. For example, 1-2 working days, 2-5 working days. With 1-2 working days, you must wait at least 1 and a maximum of 2 working days until your order is delivered to your location.

Please note: we refer to working days (Monday - Friday), so Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
The delivery period starts the following working day from the moment all the following criteria are jointly met:

  • Your order has been placed.
  • Your payment has been received (this may take longer for bank transfer).

All ordered items that are immediately available (delivery time 1-2 working days), and ordered on Monday to Friday before 2 p.m., will be shipped the same day, otherwise the next working day (for orders after 2 p.m.).

Ordered items that are Available (2-5 working days) will be shipped as soon as the products have arrived from our external warehouse to our warehouse in Breda. If you have placed an order with products that are immediately available (1-2 working days) and available (2-5 working days), we will wait with shipping until the order is complete.

The above also applies if you have chosen the shipping option: 'Add order to a pending order'. and the items you add are available (2-5 business days).

After shipment, your order will usually be delivered the next working day. But this depends on PostNL's processing service. Please note that the delivery times are based on deliveries within the Netherlands.

I want to return an item, how do I do this?

You have received an item(s) and you want to return them? This can be done within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Download/Print our return form, complete it and send the package to the following return address:

Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original packaging undamaged. Please note that upgrade parts will NOT be returned once they have been removed from their original packaging. Clothing that no longer has the labels on it will not be returned. So pay attention to this before returning an order to us.

Once we have received your return, we will process it within 14 days of the return shipment.

(please note: Broforce Airsoft is not liable for returns that are lost or damaged during the shipping process). It is therefore always advisable to return the package to us insured. If you receive a return label from Broforce Airsoft, keep the proof of issue at all times until the return has been processed.

I forgot to order an item, can I add it to an existing order?

Yes, of course this is not a problem, provided your previously placed order has not already been shipped. Place the order as you normally do, only now select shipping options for: "Add order to pending order". Mention the order number to which you want to add this item(s) in the comments box. And place your order. We will then send your order as 1 order and so you avoid 2 times shipping costs.

Can I also pick up my order at Broforce Airsoft in Breda?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your order from Broforce Airsoft

 

I am looking for a product that you do not have in the current assortment, what now?

Our assortment is constantly being supplemented with new products, if it happens that a product you are looking for is not in our range, please contact us. We will do our utmost to include this product in our range for you.

Payment methods
Can I pay with In3 (pay in 3 installments with 0% interest)?

Would you rather not pay for your purchase in one go? Then use in3: the only spread payment method with 0% interest. You pay the purchase amount in three installments without extra costs. This way you can buy your favorite product within your budget. The minimum order amount is €100 and the maximum order amount is €3,000.

In3 performs a super fast data check prior to payment. In the unlikely event that your request for payment is not authorized, you can contact in3 or choose another payment method. Do you want more information about in3? Then visit: www.payin3.nl.

How does it work?
If you choose in3 you pay the full amount in three equal parts within 60 days. On the day of your order you pay the first part via iDeal and your purchase will be shipped. 30 days later you pay the second part and 30 days later the third part. That way you don't have to make a large expense in one go. You will receive an email as soon as you have to make a new payment. So easy!

Can I pay for my order in several installments?

Yes, we offer you the option to use a great payment method, namely IN3. This means that you can pay from €100 to €3000 in 3 equal parts. And this at 0% interest and no BKR registration and without additional transaction costs. The payment works as follows. you pay the first part when you place your order and the other two payments are made once a month. So you can easily enjoy your articles right away without having to wait for your salary.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, this is also possible. At Broforce Airsoft you can pay with Visa & Mastercard. For this you pay a transaction fee of 1.8% + 0.25ct of the purchase amount for orders up to €100, for orders from €100, you do not pay a transaction fee.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes, it is possible to pay with PayPal at Broforce Airsoft. For this you pay 2% in transaction costs of the purchase amount for orders up to €100, for orders above €100 you pay no transaction costs.

Can I pay afterwards with Klarna?

Yes, with us you can pay afterwards with Klarna. This is possible with orders up to €1000, for which you pay a transaction fee of €1 + 2.99% of the purchase amount.

Yes, this is possible, if a product is priced cheaper at our competitor, without there being a promotion, please contact us. We will then see if we can sell you the item for the same amount and we will adjust our price if possible.

If we as a team want to place a large order, do we get an extra discount?

Yes, if you want to place a large order with your team, please contact us. Depending on the purchase amount and the items, we can arrange a nice discount for you as a team.
