As soon as we have received your order and the product is in stock, we will immediately pack it for you. All our products are sent by default via PostNL and DPD.
If your ordered products have different delivery times, we will collect these and send your package completely. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that ordered products are suddenly no longer available or there is an unexpected delay. We will do our very best to email or call you in time and provide an update. Of course you can always e-mail yourself for an update, we are happy to give it to you.
Another way to keep up to date with your order is by using your registered account. When you log in to this, you can continue to check the status of your order(s). If something is not right, there is the option to submit a ticket.
As soon as your order leaves our door, you will receive an email about this. In this e-mail a Track&Trace code has been added to track your package.
Shipments within the Netherlands via PostNL and DPD take place within 24 hours. To Belgium this takes place within 24 to 48 hours. PostNL and DPD offers the packages from Monday to Saturday.
The shipping costs are: € 6.95 within NL.
Above €75,- the shipping costs are free within the Netherlands.
Above €100, the shipping costs are free within Belgium & Germany.
Above €200,- the shipping costs are free for all other countries we ship to.
PLEASE NOTE, if the package is delivered to the nearest collection point and you DO NOT collect it within 7 working days, it will be returned to our store. If this is the case, we kindly ask you to transfer the shipping costs to get the package delivered to our bank account. Earlier we will not resend the package to you.
Exchange & Returns
The right to return expires as soon as labels of clothing, tactical vests / belts, Plate Carriers, pouches, etc. etc. have been removed or when the seal of a product is broken. We also do not accept returns if they have been removed but have been sent back separately with the item. The right of return also expires for products with clear signs of use. The warranty of upgrade parts that have been put into use and not installed by Broforce Airsoft are not covered by the warranty. So check this carefully before a return is registered.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 (calendar) days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs (only when the entire order is returned) credited within 14 days when you return items in good condition. Items whose labels have been removed or whose seal has been broken will not be taken back, we expect to receive the returned item in the same way as it was sold to you. This includes neat packaging materials such as the original box.
Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur within 14 days after registration of the return.
To exercise this right, customers within the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany can use our online returns portal.
For returns from other countries you can easily register your return via your user account. If you have paid as a guest, you can download the return form here. Provide your shipment with your first and last name and your order number. With this information we can finalize everything as soon as possible.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return or exchange the desired item. Please note that with an order value below the minimum purchase amount, shipping costs will be charged again when you want to exchange an item.
